If you do not see your ticket confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

Why is it a good idea to take the shuttle bus?
We know that driving can be stressful and troublesome so leave that up to us; sit back, and relax on a shuttle to Desert Hearts! Plus you’ll be contributing to reducing traffic and our carbon footprint :-) We’re providing round trip transportation exclusively from San Diego!

Will there be parking at the shuttle pick-up point?
There will be limited parking at the shuttle stop leaving to the festival and parking overnight is at your own risk. We would recommend getting an Uber/Lyft or a ride from a friend! Be sure to arrive 30 min - 1 hr ahead of departure.

I plan on flying to the event, what is the best airport for me to go to and catch the bus?
San Diego International Airport is the closest airport to the event and your shortest bus ride.

Will I be able to take the shuttle bus if I bought an early arrival pass?
Yes! We will have two shuttles departing on separate days. One on Thursday if you purchased early arrival and another on Friday if you only purchased a festival pass. Depending on demand for the Thursday bus, we may offer to sell additional Early Entry passes to those wishing to depart on the shuttle on Thursday.

How much camping gear can I bring on the bus with me?
Please don’t bring more than you can carry! The bus will drop you off in a central location, you may still have to do some walking to the campsite. We ask that you bring no more than two small items (i.e. bags and backpacks) on the bus and put larger items (i.e. tents and coolers) in the rear storage compartment  of the bus.

How early do I need to arrive to get on the bus?
The bus will leave promptly at the posted departure time, so please arrive between 30 minutes and 1 hour before. This allows you enough time to get checked in, get your gear loaded on the bus, and make friends with your fellow riders!

What happens if I miss my flight because the bus is late?
It is advised to plan for a healthy buffer of time between when the bus is slated to arrive and when your flight takes off. While the bus is expected to run on schedule, traffic can be unpredictable so it’s best to give yourself plenty of time to get off the bus and through the airport! We are not responsible for missed flights.

I was late to the bus and it left without me! Can I get a refund?
Refunds will not be issued if you miss the bus, so plan ahead and get there early!

Do you sell one way tickets?
Yes, all tickets are sold one way. Last minute purchases of return buses are subject to availability.

Can I bring alcohol on the bus?
You may bring sealed alcohol to enjoy in the campgrounds, but open containers are strictly forbidden on the bus. Don't get car-sick, save your partying for the festival.

Does the bus make any supply or bathroom stops?
There will no bathrooms on the shuttle bus so there will be a bathroom stop along the way. Plan ahead and use the bathroom before you board. The bus will not stop for food or supplies, so please come prepared.

What should I keep in my personal bag at my seat?
Bring a full water bottle, snacks for the trip, your festival wristband, and a good attitude!

Where does the bus drop me off at the venue?
After going through the Box Office, the Camp Bus will drop riders off at a central location near the campgrounds.

Are your buses ADA friendly?
Our shuttles are not compliant for motorized/foldable wheelchairs, although they are can accommodate people with crutches. Apologies for any inconveniences!

What do we do with our personal camp trash before leaving the festival?
Every festival attendee is required to sort their own recycling and haul their own trash. The Public Transfer Station located along the ingress/exodus road will take your sorted waste for a fee. Please pre-plan as you pack to remove all extra packaging materials and cardboard or plan to haul it out with you when you leave and please bring your own trash bags: one for waste, one for recycling, and one for compost!
